Total redo !
Hang all new sheetrock with a plaster finish on interior.
And all new stucco float finish on walls on exterior with synthetic stucco soffits!
Love this transformation!

After all the flooding just two years ago I seen alot of people get taken advantage of by unqualified work and over priced then needing lawyers!
