🔹 Position: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
🔹 Location: Osage Beach, MO
🔹 Schedule: Part-time, Day Shift with Rotating On-Call Nights & Weekends
🔹 Compensation: $17.50/hour + Performance Bonuses & Commissions
🔹 Anticipated Annual Income: $24,440 + additional earnings through commissions

💼 What You’ll Do:
Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls

Provide top-notch service and support to our valued customers

Build lasting relationships through effective communication

Resolve customer inquiries and issues with accuracy and efficiency

Achieve sales targets and contribute to team success

✅ What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of customer service or call center experience

Strong communication and active listening skills

Familiarity with CRM systems and sales techniques

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

High school diploma or equivalent required
