Apparently I have not posted on here in awhile 😅

I am now scheduling for house washes starting at the end of April, if anyone on here is interested.

I do commercial (apartment buildings, factories, fast food, dumpster pads, drive thrus) and residential.

I am very insured!!

Services I offer:
House washing (any type of siding)

Deck Wash, whether you are prepping to stain or just want it washed. I also wash maintenance free decking, even though it says maintenance free, it should be cleaned regularly. I can also do wood restoration, if you think its too far gone, I can probably bring some life back to it.

Concrete cleaning: I have surface cleaners, can get your garage floor, driveway, patio or sidewalks looking fresh again!

Concrete sealing, after its cleaned I can seal it up for you.

Window cleaning, I offer this free with any house wash, as it gets rid of any water marks left from the house wash (from well or city water impurities) I use a 4 stage water filtration system that is ran to a water fed pole, and can access windows 55 feet from the ground.

Lawncare, I do weekly mowing (cut, trim, edge and blow off surfaces) and spring and fall yard cleanups (leaf removal and perennial trimmings)

This warm weather has me getting the itch to mow and do some washing! Cannot wait for spring to be here!

I have a few jobs lined up for washing already, but if anybody wants a free quote get ahold of me! I clean siding using a soft wash method, I do wood cleaning and restoration (decks picnic tables swings playground equipment) I have a water fed pole with ro / di water for crystal clear windows, surface cleaner for all your concrete / paver patios. I do everything from the ground, no ladders or scaffolding. I use top of the line equipment and methods for increased efficiency and end results.

Also, I have a few mowing routes also. Reasonably priced, for a weekly or bi weekly mow trim and cleaning off all surfaces of grass clippings.

I realize this post is a little over due but I must say, adding Lawncare to my business this year was probably one of the smartest things I have done. I had an amazing summer! I got in with some investors, mowing all over the twin cities, I got to see some cool places, got to see some crazy drivers also haha! The routes weekly were never the same, I got to meet a lot of amazing people. I got the pleasure of taking care of a mansion over in Minnetonka, mowed a couple sketchy spots in north and south Minneapolis (going forward I will be only mowing suburbs, if you know you know!) I got to wash the tallest building in Hudson. Had a couple lawncare places try and place their signs on yards I take care of (Apparently i do good work!) Also had another pressure wash company do that for a house I washed! I am really looking forward to Spring, things can only keep gettting better! I hope you all are doing all right, stay safe this holiday season!

I haven't posted in awhile, but just wanted to give a bit of an update, I'm still washing until snow flies or as long as the temps stay above 40 degrees. So if you or anyone you know needs some last minute cleaning before the holidays please let me know!!
