TGIF well that’s a wrap for the week. It was a long cold snowy week. Plowed 25 hrs Sunday into Saturday. Plowed 6 hrs Monday morning the worked 8 more. Tuesday salted 3 hrs in morning then worked all day. Wednesday Thursday Friday just normally work days. We braved the cold today got the new building tied into the existing building, wall girts up and 1 bay of purlins. Not bad for 2 cold guys lol. Show have all structural steel down by Tuesday next week. Have a great weekend everyone

Battled more ice and snow this morning but finally got some steel up. We battle the elements to get the job done for our customers. Let’s finish the week strong and cold. Friday is going to be a chilly one. If you are near us please drop off hot chocolate. Lol@topfans JLB Builders LLC

It’s about to go down or I mean up. Our steel building has finally arrived. Tuesday morning we unloaded it from the truck. Then poured a little concrete. Today we shoveled snow from the building pad to start setting steel Thursday. Underground retention system will be complete tomorrow. Keep an eye out for more updates as this building progresses. 86 yard pour

Well I said we were off to the next project. Last week we got the pad prepped, grade beams dug and poured. Cut out early on Friday all set and ready for Monday pour. Monday we poured 86 yards. Ariel pump and laser screed sure made it easy. Beat the weather and pad had time to cure before the building comes in a few weeks.

Emergency restaurant repair. Car ran into the building we quickly stabilized the Structure and sealed it up. After obtaining approval and permits we quickly got things back to original condition. Quick and easy in and out 1.5 days. Customer is super happy.

Well we are busy busy trying to get projects done before the snow and cold catch us. Here’s another nice pole barn we just wrapped up. Everything was done 100% in house. I personally touched every piece of this project. Next week we head to a steel building addition to try to get the foundation and concrete floor poured before the building arrives in November.

Wrapped up this 32x56 pole barn. We pride ourselves on high quality work and excellent customer service. I love the color combination. The service door still needs painted black. This project was completed all in house. We have the equipment to complete any job big or small.

Micro Matic - Beverage Dispensing

Working at local RV plant. They test run all the gas generators. The exhaust builds up in the building. They hired us to build a containment room. This room is 50x50 with 8 openings for conveyor lines to bring product in and out after testing is completed. There will be large air makeup unit to pull the exhaust out and supply fresh air keeping the workers safe. All this done in 6 days start to finish.
