Waiting on some woodwork to get done for some shelves, but this master bath job was huge. Lots of water damage and rot and flipping the whole bathroom around. Removed jet tub, replaced a window with glass block, and ran a ton of modified plumbing and electrical.

Newly rebuilt deck. 20 new posts, 2 under deck structural posts. 18 outer posts for deck rails. All new hurricane deck ties, and 1/2” bolts, new 5ft by 6ft concrete pad too. All posts are 24-30” deep with concrete fill.

So the past few months I’ve been rebuilding 4 bathrooms in a single home. I’m hitting the final stretch, but I feel like that extreme home makeover tv show. Tons of details to stick with as I see the finish line and timeline coming quickly. I just finished the floors in this renovated master bath space. Tomorrow I’ll finish wall mud and maybe do some paint. oh, and bring the two new vanities in and hook up plumbing now that it’s been rerouted.

From the beginning to the end, this project wasn’t bad. Great clients and a big job to do. Replaced 7 interior doors and casing, replaced casing on their existing 2 closet doors, new baseboards throughout, and luxury vinyl plank floors. And as usual a few other small favors here and there.

Started a large contract for a wonderful customer this week. Repaint most of the house, remove flooring, clean prior contractor mess, replace fireplace and add a new mantle, resurface kitchen cabinets, paint front door and shudders outside. Fix a few other things, and make client happy.😁😇 More pics to come!!!!
