Last year, this Oswego deck was treated to a complete rebuild. After allowing the boards to season for the year, it got to be the first deck of Spring for a powerwash and a stain, in Sherwin-Williams SuperDeck Transparent "Natural Cedar". Looking fresh & ready for all the Summer gatherings! 👌☀️

This outdated Naperville shower was given a simple yet refreshing upgrade: 🚿
▪️Existing floor-to-ceiling tile was removed, and replaced with DenShield backerboard, a new shower pan, and a Woodbridge acrylic panel kit.
▪️Built-in shower bench was removed & replaced with a foldable shower seat; this gave the shower plenty of additional usable space.
▪️New Delta mixing valve & Fixtures added
▪️Installation of stainless steel shower niche for storage, and matching frameless stainless shower door.
▪️Grab bars and towel hooks added 🪝

In an unexpected turn, we came across black mold in the floor. The couple took the opportunity to correctly remedy the problem by removing all flooring & replacing the aged tile with LVP. Prior to installing the flooring, we added DenShield as an extra layer of protection. We finished off this bathroom with a fresh coat of Sherwin-Williams Duration paint in a matte finish. The color of choice was Reflection. 🎨

This Aurora home was treated to 2 pre-holiday bathroom updates. Refreshing these two spaces took about a week in total and included:

▪️New vanity in each.
▪️New tub and surround in hall bath.
▪️Tub to shower conversion in master bath, with a frameless glass door & grab bar installation.
▪️New mirror in each, including an LED lighted mirror in hall bath
▪️New light fixtures in master
▪️New finishes in the tub and shower
▪️Fresh paint

This Naperville Kitchen received a pre-holiday sprucing up that included:

▪️Cabinet refinishing in Sherwin-Williams Gallery Series in Accessible Beige, completed with brass finishes on handles and faucet
▪️Island painted an accent color Sherwin-Williams Amazing Gray
▪️Installation of custom built oven cabinet from Brakar Cabinets (also refinished to match existing cabinets)
▪️New oven range install with a custom built Oak range hood, stained to match the cabinets.
▪️Replacement of 2 water damaged sink base cabinets
▪️Under cabinet lighting hardwired in on a switched circuit 💡
▪️Installation of new oven by Abt Electronics, after we added a new 240 volt electrical circuit. All in conduit and up to code⚡️
▪️New countertops installed by Granite Radiance of Yorkville, IL
▪️New sink & faucet
▪️All plumbing was removed and updated by Maxson Plumbing & Remodeling
▪️New subway tile was installed in main areas. The range, window ledge & oven shelving areas were styled with tile from the Laura Ashley collection, Mr Jones charcoal matte porcelain tile.

This Montgomery basement project was a doozy!

Our clients were met with a flooded basement which meant things needed to move faster than they anticipated. The entire downstairs area, bathroom included, was completely gutted before the magic could begin.🪄✨️

Here's what we did:

▪️New plumbing throughout-installation of 3/4 waterlines from watermain, water main replacement, complete replacement of main drain run & underground water lines, new water heater and new laundry box
▪️New sump pump added in lower level
▪️Added outlets and ceiling fans
▪️Drywall installation and finishing
▪️Full bathroom remodel, including: acrylic shower walls, Moen shower head & escutcheon replacement, vanity, frameless shower door & mirror
▪️New Lifeproof LVP flooring throughout
▪️New baseboard
▪️Fresh Paint on walls and ceiling

There's something about this (hopefully) last HOT weekend of Fall that screams, "go enjoy your deck!". ☀️😎

This Naperville deck had extensive wood rot and needed a complete resurface, which included not only floorboards, but also new joists, handrails & complete stair system.

It's safe to say these homeowners are happy with the outcome 👌 We can't wait to see them again in the Spring to stain this stunner! 🤩

After installation, we repaired the damaged drywall & added fresh paint and new baseboards throughout. 🛁🚿
