Happy Friday!!!

That’s a whole lot of springs right there…..well looks like it, but technically only enough for about 75-85 jobs.
We’ve been so busy replacing broken springs that we needed to restock. This will last us just a few weeks, & then need to order again. All of our LHW(Left Hand Wind) springs were stenciled incorrectly. I emailed our territory rep & he corrected it immediately & had them shipped right away. Thanks Ryan from SSC!!!

How do you like our name & # on the springs? We had this done a few years ago when we ordered red powder coated ones.

FYI….
When the springs are wound up, you will see a bunch of lines, but when it does break you will see our name & number just like the last picture posted.

It’s a hot 🥵 one today……

We received a call from a new customer a while back saying she needed a quote for a new door. We asked for pics to be sent over to see what kind of damage there was & if in fact a new door was needed.
We set up a service call to come out, take a look & get it repaired for far less than a new door would cost. They still have a lot of life left in the door & with the cost of everything these days, we repaired vs. replaced.
We’re so grateful for the absolutely wonderful review that was given by the Yadav Family. We sure do try to help everyone out there & definitely not out there to upsell you on anything except for what is needed. If it’s not in the budget, we explain what will eventually happen or what to look for so that it’s not catastrophic.

We appreciate everyone that leaves us a review to show what we do best. Reviews are HUGE when it comes to a new potential customer looking to have work done & haven’t used us yet.

Happy MONDAY…….

Here’s a fresh new look.
Our new customers gave us a call because they were thinking about replacing the large door & originally thought they wanted black in color. They would then just paint the small door the same. When I came out to do the estimate, I originally only measured the large door, but they decided to go ahead & replace both, but either wanted Almond or Sandstone instead of the black. I went back & showed them color samples & measured the small door. Their existing door color was in between both of those colors due to fading over the years. I sent them off a quote for both doors & showed them some mock-ups as well. They ended up choosing the C.H.I. 16’x8’ & 8’x8’ Sandstone Raised Long Panel(4250).

We’ve had a ton of calls lately asking about our LiftMaster operators.
Definitely keeping busy with all the door installs lately & now the operator installs.

Happy Monday!!!

Our new customer reached out to us for a quote. We scheduled him for an estimate, estimate approved within an hour or so & door installed just a few days later. This particular week was busy with lots of door installs & so glad we were able to fit him right in.

We installed a C.H.I. White 16’x7’ Raised Long Panel(4250). He went from the short to long design, but kept with the non insulated door like he currently had.

Oops…. Dan DID IT again.

THAT IS fix this door that was completely out of track & hanging on barely.
We received a call last week about this door that needed some help. We asked to see some pics & then can give a price on repair. We scheduled the job & found out another company was out there & said they wouldn’t touch that door & tried selling him a new one instead.

We’re so glad that our new customer Troy called us & we got the job done & he’s able to use his door again.

Dan can pretty much fix anything, so give us a call if you’re ever in this predicament.

Happy Hump Day…..

Here’s a door we did & let me tell you… I was IMPRESSED with the outcome. I went & did the estimate & the customer wanted to know if we needed both cars out of the garage to do the install.
Yes we do, BUT in this circumstance one of the cars couldn’t be moved out, but he said he can put it sideways at the back of the garage. 🤯
That car isn’t small & I wasn’t too sure it would work out & give us enough space to put our sawhorses with the new door on it while we take down the existing one.
I gave Dan a call & showed him pics & he said he can make it happen.
As you can see from the pics below, it worked out. A little tighter than normal for Dan’s workspace, but we were happy to help our new customers out.

They had an original wood door from when the house was built many years ago. We installed a C.H.I. Raised Short Panel(2250) & also installed a LiftMaster 2220 Chain Drive Operator.

It’s the last day of school for our kiddos!!!

You may start to see them this summer at some of your houses helping their dad fix the garage door &/or operator.
No sleeping in here, it’s time to help dad!! 😂
We may have Peyton start answering the phone & setting up service calls too.

Another beautiful transformation right here!

Our new customers first contacted us back in December of last year for an estimate. They knew they wanted new doors soon, so they reached back out & got the doors on order in late March.
We installed a 16’x8’ & 8’x8’ Mahogany Stamped Carriage House Long Panel(5983) with Plain Glass & Stockton Inserts along with Ashford Magnetic Decorative Hardware.
They look absolutely amazing & perfect curb appeal!
