This week we finalized a 4 room renovation starting with the bedroom by removing the existing closet and wall. Then we opened up a the main wall to frame in a door for access into a large room that has been turned into a walk in closet. Wilks electric did a great job with wiring and adding some accent lighting. Then we added shiplap,” and a little bit of paint.

Next we closed off access to the new walk in closet by removing the existing door and framing it in for drywall in the closet and shiplap on the entry side.

Added some accent to the living room wall just for fun. Again put some paint to the project and Voilà

We have a happy customer home owner. 😊

The weather was calling for 90+ temps but we couldn’t tell with this shaded project.

We demoed and rebuilt a small fence for access to the alley and then rebuilt some steps with a power wash, stain and seal. 👌

After completing we decided to add a deck to this adorable shed for even more usable space!
