End of day #1 of current 12x12 deck. Skirting on front and right sides on the deck. All stairs on the left side of the deck giving a nice wide opening. The concrete should be poured next week sometime for the stairs. Should have all the deck boards on, and all railing installed on day #2.

This is why you hire a decking contractor to install your deck. Joist hangers missing nails, the ledger to the house was nailed only (no lag screws), and these people used plexiglass as a wood shim. Hire the right people to get your job done right. There is a reason we cost a little more than the cheapest guy. Sometimes the cheapest bid is the most expensive.
