Sometimes you accidentally come across a great cooking technique!
I seasoned this steak, frozen and put it on the smoker at 165 I smoked it for about two hours before I reverse seared it in a cast-iron pan.
The flavor and tenderness was amazing, so if you have a pellet smoker, but forgot to thaw out the steak Get Creative and take a chance at making some delicious food! #
