Finished up the gazebo with a little 14x3 deck approach and step up to make a smooth transition from sidewalk to concrete pad. Also wrapped the sides of the concrete pad with deck boards to give it a clean finsih wnd hide the concrete. Customer absolutely loved it couldnt have had a easier customer to work with. Then we gave her front steps some love and took out the old and ugly and finsihed it with a cedartone decking and steps as well. Wrapped the sides of them up and gave it a nice clean finish too. Gutted this bathroom. Replaced bad 2x8s, new sheathing, bathroom will get complete remodel. New tub, toilet, vanity, sink, exhaust fan. Window was removed and framed in. All new insulation, drywall, paint, flooring and trim! Stay tuned

First picture was the idea. And the rest our the design we came up with and made come to life. One of my favorite builds to date. From tearing out all the old walls under stairs. Removing old worn out carpet and leveling the floor out. Installing new vinyl on floor and stairs. Custom stair treads and stairs nose as well. All custom wood work on the reading nook. Finish trim and cleaned up the space very well. Thank you Misha Kay Throckmorton for the continued work. Happy to work with you on this.
