Under-the-sink storage can go from black hole to beautifully functional with just a few smart pieces ✨

When I’m organizing below a bathroom sink (for myself or a client), I always stick to a few non-negotiables:

✔️ Easy to wipe down + clean out (bathrooms get messy)
✔️ Stackable to make the most of vertical space
✔️ Pull-out drawers whenever possible so nothing gets lost in the back

My go-to favorites check all those boxes — clear, durable, stackable bins and drawers that slide out smoothly and make every inch usable. They’re perfect for toiletries, backups, cleaning supplies, hair tools… you name it.

The pieces are all from The Container Store and they are absolutely worth it. They fit in almost any cabinet, adapt as your needs change, and make staying organized so much easier (which is the whole goal 😉).

Day 8 of the Simplified KC Decluttering Challenge ✨

I don’t know about you, but I’m still going strong over here — even if I combine a day or two every now and then. Progress over perfection, always. 🙌

And let’s be honest… taking on a decluttering challenge on these cold winter nights isn’t always #1 on my list. Especially when there’s a new season of Emily in Paris calling my name. 😉

But today’s task is a quick win. Set a timer for 15 minutes and tackle under the bathroom sinks. Toss anything empty, expired, leaking, or that you know you’ll never use again. If it doesn’t belong there or serve a purpose, out it goes.

Small effort. Big payoff. A calmer, easier-to-use space — and then you can get back to the couch guilt-free. 💁‍♀️🛋️

• A slim trash can (because crumbs + wrappers happen)
• Cup-holder coasters to keep those small spaces from getting sticky
• A microfiber, washable duster
• A trunk caddy for groceries, sports gear, and all the extras

Today we’re starting right at the front door — the entryway. Think coats, shoes, bags, backpacks… all the usual drop-zone clutter.

⏱️ Set a timer for 15 minutes. Your only mission is to declutter, not organize.
