I don't know what the last guy was thinking. Nothing was secured or screwed to any ceiling joists, and the mud he used isn't compatible with the mesh tape he haphazardly slapped up, then proceeded to sand through.
Some people, man.

Decidedly not a bath or kitchen, but I thought I'd show off my other talents, too.
The homeowners had a deck built, which failed. Damage to the home was caused by poor waterproofing and the original deck falling away from the structure.
I repaired the damage and built this little beauty for them.
