Mr no before shots strikes again.

It was hot and miserable, in our defense.

Pre existing open sketelon frame patio roof. Was just about collapsing in on its self. Little face lift to prolong it's life.

New footers posts, beam, white board and enclosed with vented sofit. Had to cut it into the preexisting cemented patio, used a simple gravel bed to make it pleasing to the eye.

Do you know that friend that has a friend that can do almost anything... im that guy.

Whole bunch of electrical was done here....
Along with an entire kitchen, 3 bathrooms, an enormous amount of vinyl plank waterproof flooring.
Contracting out the fully restored original hardwood.
