These windows are one piece and were fun moving around to get them in position to setting in the openings. Couldn’t have done this job without the help from my dad. Always willing to help me, but doesn’t always enjoy the work that I get him into. :) Always grateful for the work and glad I could help the homeowner fix this issue.

Grateful to Tom for giving me the opportunity to help him repair a back door at one of his properties. He had water damage that rotted out the area under the threshold of a back patio door.

Had to add in some new treated lumber to the foundation so that I could attach the new threshold boards and secure the door frame. Then on to repair and replace some rotten wood of the door frame and brick molding. Once that was done, I caulked in the door frame to help keep the water out.
