Last winter a customer had there 12’ by 54’ deck fall of there house from the 4ft snow storm! KJM Property Services tore off the old deck and Installed a completely new overbuilt deck.. built to accommodate a 4 season sunroom and large hot tub in the near future... trex decking and black rod railings.. lawn repairs to come!

I never got around to posting the final photos of the outdoor entertainment area KJM Property Services finished a few weeks back.. This was once totally unusable space! A retaining wall was built to retain the bank and allowed a large paver patio to be installed with a outdoor fire pit, grill and Hot tub. A new set up steps/hand railing and lattice underneath the deck. I installed a privacy fence along the top of the retaining wall to give the customers more privacy in there new hot tub. This project came togethor very nicely

Finished the final touches on the concrete driveway install. Got the forms off today and finished the exspansion cuts.....

Finished the final touches on the concrete driveway install. Got the forms off today and finished the exspansion cuts... really happy with nice this turned out, but still alittle dusty from making the saw cuts. 16 1/2 yards of concrete. KJM Property Services
