Holiday teamwork, RBS-style!
We paired up and put our creativity (and patience) to the test with a gingerbread house contest! Designs ranged from a Barbie mansion to a beach shack, barn, and ski lodge - but the winning title went to Blake and Jeanie with their impressive gingerbread treehouse!

A fun reminder that a little friendly competition and teamwork goes a long way - especially when frosting is involved! 🎄🎅🏼

Congratulations to our 2025 Pumpkin Decorating Contest winners! 🎃
1️⃣ Leslie took first place with her sweet-as-can-be Strawberry Shortcake pumpkin! 🍓
2️⃣ Sidney came in second with her spin on Violet from W***y Wonka — thankfully, no one turned into a blueberry this time! 🫐

🎃 The RBS team gave it their best architectural effort this week designing pumpkins instead of buildings and athletic fields!

We traded in blueprints for paintbrushes for our first-ever Office Pumpkin Decorating Contest.

We had a great time getting to visit with facility directors last week (and meeting new ones) at the Kentucky School Plant Management Association Conference in Lexington!

Congrats to Mr. Mason with Owsley County Schools on winning our door prize and thank you to all who stopped by our booth!
