We recently design this two bedroom home in the deep woods on a hill. It's not your "normal" approach to solving both slope and view maximization! But once you see you it, you're not gonna forget it!

I met a new client today. They are so lucky to have called a guy with 40 years as a registered Architect. They ask me my fee and when I told them it was probably less than their driveway will cost their perspective had an anchor. Perfect house that responds to your daily habits and views,? Wow! Suddenly that draftsman/ builder may not be the person for them!

If you're a licensed reputible contractor with references, please take a look at this home expansion and let me know if you'd be interested building it. This is only the Design Phase, but it's pretty clear for bidding with the proper questions answered.
