Part 1 of 2. The washer had a manufacturing defect in the door sensor causing water to flood the main level and leave it to gravity to reek havoc on the basement ceiling. If you have never experienced a water loss it's a lot of fans and humidifiers in hopes the home can be properly dried out and that there is no need for 2' flood cuts in the drywall. Keep in mind the damage it causes on flooring and millwork . Paul installed all new drywall in the basement, of course three coats of mud, texture and trim install. No painting on walls on his part for this project. He also painted and installed the dry bar cabinets. For the main level it was the drywall install from start to finish on all flood cuts along with trim install for the living room, dining room and bathroom/laundry. In the kitchen Paul painted and reinstalled the kitchen island that was removed when the initial loss started. The flooring was not installed by Paul but it's beautiful!

Water loss in the basement thankfully the damage was minimal. Paul installed drywall for the 2' flood cuts, applied mud, sand and texture then painted ceiling, walls, trim and doors. All that's left is the homeowner to decide on carpet and arrange the room back to normal!

It breaks our heart when we find out a previous contractor performs horrible work and asked the homeowner to pay them again to correct it. 😤🤔Paul cut out the previous contractor's drywall patch and now you can't even tell it was there. The homeowner also requested fresh new paint on the walls and ceiling throughout.

We love to see the before and after pictures of a project when you demo one or more walls (none load bearing of course🙃) to see how wonderful the transformation is! The homeowner did great on this project with all the selections to put it all together. Let's be honest she did wing a decision or two. HAHAHA! Turned out great. Once Paul removed the wall he had sofit box and knee wall drywall repairs. Painted the ceiling two coats. Painted the new portion of the walls to match the existing. Detached all drawers/doors Applied the new cabinet paint to frames, door and drawer faces. Reinstall all new hardware and hinges. Final step was backsplash with epoxy grout.

I know the feeling of having a room just for all the kids toys in our home it seems to be more than one. 😂 All the learning and fun memories. 🥰 We did not have before pictures but for this project Paul framed it all in, then got to work hanging rock, mudding and texturing. The homeowners did handle the painting! Then he returned for trim and installation of the door. Just to pull on your heart string of the little kiddos at this homeowner's house would always ask their mom. "What is Paul doing? " Just pretty cute how little children absorb names when it's only a brief time during a home project.

Another bathroom remodel. These homeowners did not have a bathtub in the home. The waterlines in the concrete needed to be relocated so Paul busted the concrete once the plumber relocated them, Paul poured the concrete and back to installing all new. Vanity install will be at a later date.

This was a bathroom remodel that had no bathtub so Paul transformed the bathroom into a beautiful bathroom for their little bundle of joy once he or she makes their grand entrance! Congrats! With the addition to the family the homeowners wanted to reconfigure the two bedrooms so that they gained more closet space in one bedroom.

For this post we unfortunately did not have before pictures, but Paul was able to install these cabinets on a Saturday to ensure the customer had a functional kitchen after a delay in the previous contractor's schedule after the original kitchen cabinets were removed. Such a great when all the piece fall into place for homeowners.
