Customer had a bad meter. Utility company said the meter base was rotted out and needed to be changed. She opted for an increase from 100 amps to 200 amps while replacing the service. Check out the hole in the bottom of that can! A mouse wanted to make it his home but didn't realize how "HOT" it would be in there.... happy to help out with this home maintenance and upgrade!
