Thank you and for recognizing our Etowah River project with three Georgia Design Awards in Residential Architecture. This repurposed airplane hangar now stands as a warm, contemporary retreat nestled along a quiet stretch of the river. The clean lines and cypress cladding create a seamless connection to the bucolic landscape.

This project was a great partnership with and . We’re honored to see this sanctuary celebrated among Georgia’s best in design.

Tucked into the pine forest of rural Mississippi’s Splinter Creek community, this contemporary home sits atop a hill with sweeping lake views. Designed as a full-time artist and children’s book author’s studio and a part-time guest retreat, the house blends modern architecture with its natural surroundings. Asymmetrical rooflines, dark siding, and quiet pathways allow the structure to feel truly woven into the landscape—offering a peaceful, creative sanctuary immersed in nature.

I love mixing modern pieces with other collectibles that tell our story with a lot of color, light, and texture. That's a big part of why the spaces that make me happiest feel a little bit imperfect and completely personal.
