What the photo doesn’t show is the irregularity of the tile. I had to go from 3/8 inch to a height of 3/4 inch and keep it flush and tight, to prevent the use of a transition piece.

Some floor flattening. Level by level. Removed a half inch low spot through the homeowners dining room. They will no longer need 4 layers of shins to keep their table flat.

Clean Slate started a basement project in a 100 year old home in Bloomfield Hills. It has a low spot of 7/8 inch and some high spots that needs to be ground down. After hours of grinding down the concrete and adding the proper filler. We ended up with a flat beautiful basement floor.
