Introducing Via De La Paz. A project we’ve been waiting to share. Perched on the hillside, this multi-level residence is shaped entirely by its site, each level stepping with the topography to frame the ocean beyond. A study in proportion and hierarchy, conceived for this slope and no other. Traditional Spanish character stone and stucco, a tiled roof, arched openings is carried with restraint, while steel doors and windows lend a quieter, transitional edge.
Beneath that character is intent: those same materials are chosen for resilience as much as for refinement. Stone, stucco, a clay-tiled roof, and steel openings form a fire-resistant envelope detailed for the realities of building in the hills, protection woven into the architecture rather than added on. Built to endure, in every sense.
