Built a heavy‑duty utility shelf rated for 30+ lbs to hold a Grecell T‑1000 power station. Not a decorative piece — just a straightforward, functional support built to work, even if the angles aren’t winning any beauty contests. Rustic is in, right? It’s designed for strength, not showroom photos.
The T‑1000 runs a 35w fan *replaced fan in picture, it drank to much electric* that provides more airflow than needed. It keeps the entire space circulating and knocks down heat, humidity, and moisture.
And yeah, the concrete gets a little messy — but that’s actually on purpose. When water gets “spilled,” the airflow cools the surface (thermodynamics at work), and the chicks use it as a natural cooling pad.
On hot summer days, the Grecell power cell recharges off solar max 153w and max usage 35w, so the sun ends up powering the same fan that cools the building for possibly multiple days — using the sun against itself.
Below the shelf is a winter radiator panel to keep water from freezing.
Simple setup, long‑lasting materials, built to work year‑round.
