C&C Performed:

-trim install (ceiling panels, floor panels/strips, and all crown/shoemolding)
-additional supports installed (adjustments to manufactures stud placements)
-installation of Sheetrock and mudded accordingly
-caulked and painted accordingly
-adjusted trim throughout house
-full and extensive clean out of property (move in ready)
-repaired cracked caulk/cracks in walls

Update from original post: we finally got the countertop and backsplash installed🥳

Working with older homes is my least favorite project to take on, but somebody has to do it 🥲

What a little paint & cleaning can do🤭

C&C Perfomed:

-painting: ceilings, walls, doors, cabinetry work, trim, etc
-extensive clean out of the property
-replaced light fixtures and ceiling fans for a more updated look
-adjusted old cabinets, doors, etc to function properly
-replaced old hardware with new (door k***s, cabinet k***s and handles, etc)
-repaired 2 exterior doors to fit new k***s
-prep work: caulking, patching holes, etc.
-repaired sheetrock damage due to settling issue fixed prior to our arrival
-installed new trim as needed
-installed new blinds
-other miscellaneous work
-will be installing new countertops and backsplash in kitchen (will be making separate post to show how it turns out😊)

-installation of mdf trim (to match the rest of the home) painted as needed
-installation of ceiling trim
-prep as needed (sheetrock repair, caulking, etc), repaired cracking from travel, etc.
-removed all plastic/paper from appliances & doors, full clean out of property
-replaced bathroom door
-adjusted hardware accordingly (doors and cabinets

-repaired flooring in bathroom (subfloor & flooring install)
-trim installation (where it was needed)
-painted all rooms (walls, doors, & trim work), touched up ceiling marks
-extensive prep work (repairing holes, cracks, etc)
-repaired broken door & trimmed 2
-other small repairs (replacing fan string switches, replaced toilet seat, replaced hardware where needed, etc)

Went to Myrtle Beach for this job, and didn’t touch the beach once🥲😆🏖️

Before & After Photos:

C&C Performed:
-finishing prehung drywall panels (mudding) for smooth finish
-priming/ prepping all panels
-painting (colors selected by client) all walls, trim, and 2 ceilings
-smoothed 2 ceilings that previously had “popcorn” texture (wasn’t done correct previously so had to do a couple skim coats to smooth imperfections)

(Job is not fully complete in final photos, C&C only performed what was asked)

-refinished walls where previous damage occured (traffic marks, nail holes, and scratches)
-installed accent wood panels
-reinstalled farmhouse style baseboards and shoemolding
-adjusted previous trim and installation of new
