Here's some before and after pics of a white oak floor I got to sand and refinish in Bennettville Minnesota on farm Island lake. In the before pics you can see that the floor didn't have a whole lot of character and had water base as the finish after sanding and refinishing I used a oil base polyurethane and you can see all the character come out in the floor. This is another floor that makes me love what I do.

Here we have a floor in palisade MN I got to patch, sand, and refinish! The decks are Douglas fir which is a very beautiful wood. In the house we had maple which turned out gorgeous compared to when we started. Some people like to cover up the wood with carpet and some people like to get rid of the carpet and show off their wood floors. I used an oil based polyurethane, satin finish. take a look at the before and after pics. These floors make me love what I do!

Here we have a prefinished oak floor that has had years of use, the homeowners which used to be my bus driver and a school teacher give me a call and said they wanted their floors to look beautiful again. Here we have a Brazilian Cherry deck I sanded it a couple years ago and coated it but after a couple years of no upkeep you can see what happens to decks so the homeowner called me up wondering if we could take care of making it look beautiful again so I pressure washed it one day came back a week later coated it and a week later coated it again please like and share my page. The new home owner of this house in Grand Rapids MN called me asking if I could do anything with this floor, this is a Douglas fir floor that had wax on it and somebody decided they should paint it Black. Here we have a maple floor that someone had sanded and stained dark and coated it with Polyurethane and you can see in some of these pictures the polyurethane that was coming off.
