So excited for David and Donna to make Byrdstown, TN their forever home. This project was a labor of love from the very beginning.
Little did I know when I answered that first email what amazing people were about to come into our life. Thankful for them everyday! They are more than homeowners to us...they are now our family!

A look into the Kellermeyer custom home build.

Noteworthy custom details are prominently featured in the Kellermeyer construction, highlighting cedar porch accents paired with a combination of Everlast Seaside Gray board and batten and lap siding. The Kellermeyer exterior also boasts Foundry shakes and beaded porch panel soffit that distinctly enhances this custom build.

The interior features a coffered ceiling in the master bedroom.

Ice and snow adventures today ❄️☃️
Driving around to check on the projects we could safely get to.
The main roads are all in good shape.
Star Point Village is in good shape even going up the hill curve. The side streets are questionable in some areas.
All of the boat slips look fine.

Taylor Rd is icy in spots especially in front of the Deming's! We were sliding a bit there!
We didn't go past the Stearman's. We tried to get out at their project but it was a solid sheet of ice! Decided it was best to get back in the truck!

Rindler Ridge was beautiful today. The sun was out and some of the ice was melting away.

We decided it was too treacherous to go into the river house entrance. It was still very icy so we turned around.

Today was the first day I have been out since Friday. Scott went out yesterday and the side roads are better today! Hopefully it warms up and we can get back to work!
Going to try it tomorrow 🥶 Scott is not built for a no work situation such as this. 😂❄️

Exterior painting has been completed at the Wolf River Valley project.
Iron Ore was the color choice for this project and it is absolutely stunning!

Stone will complete the exterior design and the interior finishes will be taking shape in the upcoming days.
