Framing is finished at the Wolf River Lower Canyon build. This will be our third river build and we are loving it! This build is right down the road from the Wolf River Valley build we are wrapping up and close to the Pritchett build we finished last year.

This home is surrounded by beautiful scenery and the river is their backyard!
What a wonderful feeling to look out your windows to see all of this beauty and take a few short steps to enjoy the river! We are excited to customize another river home and bring all of their visions to life!

Happy Friday! Closing out the week and closing out the Wolf River Valley project. Loving the dimmable under cabinet lighting in the kitchen and pantry!
It adds the perfect touch to showcase the beautiful stone and tile in these rooms.
Excited to pull everything together in the next few days!!

Thankful for my excavation crew! Dana, Ronnie, and the boys got me out of a mess.
Was a 15% chance of rain this morning and that changed fast.
Thankful for them for making me a walkway to keep me out of the mud!

This beautiful home has been thoughtfully designed with gorgeous countertops, custom cabinetry, and finishes that truly bring this home to life.
We are extremely proud of all of the custom cedar accents in this home as it definitely adds the perfect touch!

Evenings outside. Weekends with family. A beautiful lake home.
We know this amazing family will make a lifetime of memories here.

A look into the finishes at the Wolf River Valley build.
From the exterior to the interior there are so many beautiful elements in this home.
Every inch of this build has been crafted with care and intention with emphasis on the very thing that they love the most on this property which is the river.

Kimberly wanted the river incorporated into the interior of the home and it became the vision.

We don't provide specific pre-designed plans, but I'll feature some top choices suitable for the sloping lots we often build on. I particularly like this plan. Everlast board and batten installation at the Vitatoe home.
The color on this home is Sand Dune which is one of our favorites.
We paired the siding color with Mitten soffit in Hearthstone for the perfect color combination.
Everlast is the composite siding that will last a lifetime with no maintenance.

The Knapke project in Star Point.

We removed the existing deck from the home and poured a stamped concrete pad to support the new deck. We also reworked the entrance to the home with new fir posts and Envision decking.

Envision composite decking in Spiced Teak.
Afco black railing.
Mitten soffit in the poplar Farmhouse color.

We know this beautiful deck will definitely be enjoyed by this wonderful family and their guests.
