Our warranty - We at All Kinds Of Screen use only the highest quality materials and pay close attention to every detail during the installation process. However, due to Florida's unpredictable and adverse weather conditions and its abundance of wildlife, we offer a limited 5-year warranty. The warranty is limited to labor and material flaws only.

Additional charges will apply after agreement has been signed if any changes are made or if cost of materials go up before completion. (Material costs change on a weekly basis. We have no control over material costs. That is why estimates must be accepted within 30 days).

Due to prior customers canceling after we've paid for materials, 50% of the estimate must be paid the day we begin work on your home. Materials cannot be returned after purchase. This shows us your commitment for our services.

Balance is due upon completion of your enclosure, porch, patio, Lanai, carport, etc. NOT after inspection.

We would like to address an issue we've had recently...

If you have chosen to have a screen enclosure built and you needed to have a footer, pavers installed or concrete poured before that company could begin work and you made changes to any of that, please inform either the screen enclosure company you chose, their engineer who already had the blueprints made and submitted or the GC.

When you make any changes to the length of your concrete or have a corner turned into a 45°, it needs to be known by those doing the work. So they can do an amendment on their blueprints. Otherwise, you run the risk of failing inspection. Which could cost you dearly later.

All we ask, is to keep everyone informed of ANY changes made before we begin work. And make sure you have any paperwork available for any inspections that were done.

Depending on the strength of the hurricane it can rip out your screens, loosen screws and beams or worse, it can destroy your enclosure. And cause damage to your home or even your neighbors home if pieces fly around.
