We rarely write reviews for services provided. However, in the case of the service we received from Aqua Source we felt it important to do so. We had an emergency with an old artesian well on our property. The casing cracked somewhere underground and we were not able to stop the flow of the water coming from the well. In short, we were watching our property begin to flood with no way to control it. The only way to stop the flow of water from the well was to fill the old well with concrete.
We called numerous well companies – most never returned our calls. One told us they could get to us in 3 months. When we called Aqua Source, Sherri answered the phone immediately, listened carefully to our concern and then told me she would call me back shortly. A short time later she called to let me know that Dennis could be on our property that afternoon to address the problem. Dennis arrived right on time and began to work immediately. Before the day was done the well had been successfully abandoned. Several weeks later Dennis returned to drill a new well.
We are an older couple who remember the days when good customer service was the norm. We are saddened by the fact that the standard for how American businesses treat their customers seems to have changed. Aqua Source, in our experience, is the exception to the rule in this day and age. We appreciated their availability, their communication, their service and the end result of their work.
