NewsFlash: Always be willing to listen and grow. It will bode well for the longevity and success of your dreams.
So, we've updated our product offering slightly. After thought and consideration, we've adjusted the visit timeline. Instead of a monthly subscription and monthly visit, we've changed it to a quarterly subscription and a quarterly visit BUT we added in an additional, complimentary house call with every paid quarter package.
What does this mean?
This means you can know that we have evaluated our product, seen the 'cracks' and made the necessary adjustments to better suite our target client. Our mission is to serve our community, particularly the elderly who may have little to no in home support. So by adjusting our pricing model, we can get closer to that and make it far more attainable.
So here's the gist: for $75 or $100 per QUARTER (90 days) we do our same home check up, offer the same support and local contractor partnership network but we've also ADDED an additional complimentary house call during the 90 day service period. If a light bulb fails, or a door k**b came loose or anything else in our standard scope of work occurs - for no charge we will come out and correct the issue. Plus, if we can't do it or it doesn't fall in our purview we will help connect you with a reputable, accountable, and reliable contractor that can help you.
