I’m 35. I’ve got a beautiful wife, amazing kids, my own business, and a home here in Florida. From the outside, life looks pretty complete.�And yet…I can’t shake the feeling that I am meant to do more. Like there is a bigger purpose beyond just me and mine. I just didn’t know what it was.
Recently, I reconnected with my man God, and everything started to make sense. It reminded me how incredibly blessed I am today — even after being dealt a tougher hand earlier in life. That realization has led me here today.
Right now, over 18 million children in the U.S. are growing up without a father or father figure present. And the ripple effects are real:
* These kids are twice as likely to drop out of high school
* 85% of youth in prison grew up without an active father figure and are far more likely to carry guns or drugs
* They face higher risks of obesity and emotional, physical, and sexual abuse
* Children in father-absent homes are 4x more likely to live in poverty
Let me be clear — I’m not trying to replace anyone’s father..and I’m not claiming to be a know-it-all..I have flaws just like everyone else..But I am committed to doing my best to help guide some of those 18 million in a positive direction. Especially in a world where skilled trades are disappearing, while the need for them keeps growing.
I also like the idea of this being a way to guide and teach my own kids if I cannot in the future.
So, over the next year (with the help of ChatGPT building me a week-by-week game plan), I’m going to teach you everything residential handyman for FREE..from basic tools and safety, to troubleshooting the components of your home, all the way to a step-by-step guide on how to legitimately start your own business from scratch. All things residential handyman.
So follow along. Share it with friends or family who could benefit..and enjoy the ride with me.
If I can positively impact even one life through this, I’ll consider it all worth it.
