Back at the same beautiful W Section home to complete another transformation—this time the front entry. The door and two 3/4 glass sidelites had been previously rolled, leaving behind a heavy stipple texture. We took the time to do it right.

✔️ Initial sand with 220 grit to smooth the old texture
✔️ Sprayed Benjamin Moore Command Satin in Black with a 310 fine finish tip
✔️ Allowed proper dry time
✔️ Final sand with 320 grit for an ultra-smooth finish
✔️ Applied the final coat for a flawless factory-like look

The result? A sleek, modern black entryway that completely elevates the front of this home. Prep work and attention to detail always make the difference.

This beautiful new construction brick home in the W Section got a sharp new look with a garage door color change from white to black. A simple change with a major impact.

We applied two coats of Benjamin Moore Command Satin by airless spray using a 310 fine finish tip for a smooth, factory-style finish that complements the home perfectly.

Clean lines, durable coating, and serious curb appeal. If your garage door is still blending in, it might be time to make it stand out.

Sometimes the biggest time-savers on a paint job come from simple solutions. On this home in the W Section of Palm Coast, Florida, I had a bush rubbing right against the house and needed a clean way to work around it.

My fix: I wrapped the bush with a runner drop cloth, drove a shovel into the ground in front of it, pulled the cloth tight, and clamped it in place. That kept the bush back and gave me the space I needed to work cleanly and efficiently.

A little tip for anyone who runs into landscaping obstacles on the job—sometimes you just have to get creative and make the job easier on yourself. 💪🎨🌴

Gave this home in the W section of Palm Coast a clean, modern pop by spraying the garage door and front door in Grenada Villa using Benjamin Moore Command in a satin finish. Applied with my Titan Elite 3000 and a 310 tip for that smooth, factory-like finish.

Command is a great choice for doors like these—durable, quick drying, and built to hold up to everyday wear. The rich color really ties the whole exterior together and adds instant curb appeal.
