I wasn’t sure whether to make this post, but I think transparency matters.
If you’ve been following our journey, you’ve watched us build this business from the ground up. You’ve seen the long days, the late nights, the muddy boots, the family sacrifices, the wins, and the growth.
What you don’t always see are the challenges.
The truth is, not every project goes according to plan. Permits can take longer than expected. Engineering requirements can change timelines. Customers sometimes change project scopes midway through a job. Weather happens. Life happens.
None of that changes one important fact:
Communication matters.
Recently, we’ve had a situation that reminded us of that.
While there were circumstances behind the delays, we can also acknowledge that there are areas where we can do better. That’s not weakness. That’s accountability.
We’re a family-owned business, not a giant corporation. When something goes well, we celebrate it. When something doesn’t, we learn from it.
There are always multiple sides to a story, but rather than spending our energy arguing online, we’d rather spend it improving, serving our customers, and continuing to earn the trust of this community.
To our customers who have supported us, referred us, encouraged us, and trusted us with your homes, thank you. We don’t take that trust lightly.
We’ll keep showing up. We’ll keep working hard. We’ll keep learning.
That’s our promise.
