New 5.0-star Review: "I was in the process of Renting my House for the Music Events and wanted to make sure the house was secured. Alarm System for the entire House and Cameras for the front Entry and Side yard. They took care of everything within 2 Days..! They also suggested an Alarm to auto shut off my AC System and Hot Tub if people left my doors open while the AC was running or forgot to shut of the Hot Tube after they got out. Love These Guys.. They had me dialed in to say the least! Thanks Again to the Team At Desert Alarm. Much Appreciated Todd"

New 5.0-star Review: "I have been a happy client since I moved to Palm Springs. From initial system consultations the professionalism is evident. Full service security. Always responsive. 24/7 security response. The team is responsive and professional. My last call the tech rep was Raul. He arrived in the suggested time period. I was in the back yard. Didn't hear the doorbell. Raul left a note advised he had arrived but had no response. He needed to go to his next appointments. He said he would try to circle back later that evening. Which he did. Fixed the issue. However the power cable did not charge. He returned the next day and determined the cable was defective. Replaced the power cable. It started charging and became powered. Raul provided professional directions. Today a new neighbor saw the Truck and asked if I would recommend them. DEFINITELY. A full service security firm you want as your provider."
