Little porch transformation in between installs and refinishs

Forgot to take a before video, this floor was in pretty rough shape! A few repairs later and a whole lot of sanding Tim and I have this floor looking brand new. One coat of bona clear seal and 2 coats of bona traffic hd.

Coffered ceilings and wood panel walls with 4" crown and 7" baseboard. This garage is getting closed up and turned into additional living space.the garage door wall will be closed off, owner just needs to get one more piece of furniture in.
