Cast iron anyone??? I know a gal!! 😉
I've recently picked up a LOT of cast iron that needs to be redone, which means I need to clear out some of my recently cleaned up iron! I also seem to be over-run with pans right now! Pm me if you are interested in some of these, looking for something specific, or want to learn about cooking with cast iron! This is just a fraction of what I have!

After A LOT of hours and SEVERAL rounds of seasoning, this is the end result! I must admit, it *looks* better than I expected. Now to see how it cooks and if it sticks!! 🤞🤞 🍳 (Again, for those that need the reminder, cast iron was NOT made for grinding, sand blasting, wire wheels, or any other abrasive tools or machines!!)

Public Service Announcement: at no point did Granny EVER tell Pa to take their prized cast iron pan out and hit it with the grinder or wire wheel or any other hard tool! This is permanent and irreparable damage to this pan. I can't recondition or fix this and it will never season properly or hold a season like it should. Don't do this folks.
