Michelle, I hope you don’t mind, but I’m officially purchasing the beautiful guest book you brought into the shop. It just feels perfect for us at White Squirrel Nursery.

So now the big question is… who will be the very first to sign our new guest book?

We’re so lucky to meet visitors from all over while they’re vacationing here along the Forgotten Coast, and we thought it would be so special to keep a collection of where everyone is traveling from. Even better, we’d love for guests to leave a little note about their favorite part of our beautiful area, whether it’s the beaches, sunrises, bike path, Wakulla Springs, old Florida charm, starry nights, quiet back roads, or a favorite memory made here.

We can’t wait to start filling these pages with stories, names, and memories from near and far.

It’s that time again to place your orders for Bradley’s Country Store favorites!

Orders must be placed by Sunday, May 31 for Thursday, June 4 pickup.

Deposit is required when placing your order. Please message, call us, or swing by during our normal business hours. Thurs 12:30 - 5:00 and Saturday 10:00 - 5:00.

This summer, starting in June we’ll occasionally be opening White Squirrel after hours for evening wandering.

Stroll the garden at dusk, browse the nursery in the cooler air, sit awhile in the courtyard, or wander through the shop while the night settles in around you.

No big production. Just a calm place to exist for a while.

As always, you’re welcome to enjoy the common areas, even if you’re only stopping by to rest, visit, or take in the evening.

The milkweed is getting demolished faster than we can grow it, which means the butterflies are thriving. If you’ve been thinking about planting for pollinators, now’s the time these hungry little guys need all the milkweed they can get!

We’ve got a Bradley’s Country Store run coming up on 4/30.

If you’ve been wanting your favorites but would rather skip the drive, we’re happy to pick up for you. Just let us know what you’d like.

Please note, due to unclaimed or unpaid orders in the past, all orders must be placed and paid for with a deposit by 4/27 at noon.

We appreciate your understanding. It helps us keep offering these trips. Save yourself the drive and send us your list.

The shop will be closed this week while I take some necessary time to rest and recover from a health issue. This wasn’t planned, but stepping away briefly will allow me to come back with the energy and care you deserve.

Thank you for your patience, kindness, and continued support; it truly means more than you know. I look forward to reopening soon and welcoming you back into the space we all love.
