Update: Owner located! Ty
Found near Beach Commerce Park on the west end of the beach past 79. He was wandering around a construction site near Adair Pl. He is an elderly gentleman and it was initially thought he had been recently injured but it seems he has arthritic hips. He does get around, but slowly. He showed up at the office after the storms the other day on 6/19. He was friendly to everyone outside of the office. He has been given the temporary moniker of Bo and we’re hoping someone is out there looking for him. He has been checked and there is no chip, no collar.
