4 walls of Shiplap, some custom window casings covered in a couple of coats of repose gray satin trimmed in semi gloss white, (replacing the old tired looking 1970s paneling that once adorned this room) makes for a badass modern looking laundry room.

The Pergola turned out decent and is a nice addition to Franks property. The 4 x 6 beams were a bit tricky to bend into arches symmetrically, but with a little patience they really look great nonetheless..

I thought of it as a Mud-Room when I was building it, but I guess (it will house beach towels and flipflops instead of coats and boots) therefore it must really be a Hall-Tree!! ⛱ Since they wanted the seat and shelf unpainted, I used that African Mahogany that i have been saving for 'that special place'!!!
