Another one bites the dust. 🔥

We just wrapped up the new standing seam metal roof addition at Life Management in Panama City, Florida, and this one turned out sharp. The clean lines, bold color, and durability of this roof make it a standout addition to the property.

Proud of the work our team continues to put out and grateful to be part of another solid project from the ground up.

We’re proud to share our latest finish at Ameris Bank, where Velle Construction completed a full roof upgrade that’s built to perform and looks sharp doing it. This project features a new DuraLast roofing system paired with standing seam metal accents for a clean, modern look and long-term watertight protection on a commercial facility.

Big shoutout to our crew and partners for keeping the site safe, the schedule moving, and the workmanship top-notch from start to finish.

Progress continues on the Life Management Building expansion off 15th Street.

Our team is currently setting trusses for the new addition, strategically preparing the structure so our roofing crew can mobilize immediately. By self-performing both the framing coordination and the roofing scope, we’re able to keep the project moving efficiently while maintaining quality control from start to finish.

📢 Project Announcement: Emerald Park Façade Improvements

Velle Construction is proud to announce the start of a major new project: the Emerald Park Façade Improvements in Panama City Beach, Florida. This renovation includes significant exterior upgrades across 11 residential buildings, and we are honored to lead the effort.

The scope of work includes the removal of the existing stackstone and the installation of high-performance Hardie lap siding. These improvements will enhance both the appearance and durability of the property while adding long-term value for residents and owners.

We are committed to delivering high-quality results with professional ex*****on and minimal disruption to the community. We appreciate the trust placed in us by the Emerald Park Unit Owners Association and look forward to sharing project updates as work progresses.

One more dry-in being completed for another one of our esteemed contractors. We have yet again managed to beat the rain and keep the project on schedule. 🌧️⏳ No matter what kind of weather it would be, every task we undertake is always performed excellently because of our employees’ commitment to quality and efficiency.
