RBG is a small family business - and when I say small, I mean our President is 4 years old and the management team is a spry 2 years old. The idea was born from their love of digging in the dirt and growing plants and desire to find ways to earn money. When you can't get a job, then make one! We have a small greenhouse and have started our seeds in hopes to sell some ready to transplant beauties for you this spring and summer. Our specialty will be sunflowers and herbs, all grown from non-GMO, organic seeds and grown without pesticides or chemicals. Just dirt, water and sunshine!

RBG stands for Robert, Beatrix, and Genevieve who are the three partners in this business. Robert is the company President, and at the young age of 4 has proven himself as a hard-working entrepreneurial sort that is very interested in earning money for sandbox implements such as cranes and excavators. Beatrix is Head of Operations and takes on a supervisory role in the day-to-day operations, ensuring all needs of the plants are met and that no one is 'slacking', but pitches in when needed. Genevieve is Head of Marketing and Assistant Head of Operations. She is very actively involved in growing the plants and is the front-woman for selling.

Ted and Laurie (aka "DAD" and "MOM") are co-Chairs on the Board of Directors and also share the Treasury and Secretarial Duties as well as the financial backing for the startup of the business.
