Shelly Gibbs is the real deal! I'm not easily persuaded, but her communication work is just uncanny and so healing! She has worked with my cats, even some of the dairy cows in my care. I can't explain how it's possible for her to find the details she discovers, but the results are simply stunning! Her work never ceases to amaze me!

Celebrating Mother’s Day with the Mother of all mothers. After choking down bars for over 30-years, I’ve finally formulated my own for ! I can’t disclose ingredients, but suffice to say all other “sports nutrition” is a pathetic joke compared with this! First ride over 4-hours in 2021, 3,000-feet of elevation gained, nearly 4,000-feet of total climbing, and 2,200-feet in the first hour alone! Yet, this is the first time I’ve ever felt deeply nourished and properly fueled for big adventure! Yes, my 100% Regenerative recipe includes cacao, but that’s all I can tell you 😉! This, is an absolute game-changer! Stay tuned...!

Wow! Cogent and erudite, syntropic agroforestry has deep and storied pre-Columbian roots that every interloping colonialist should be made aware of. Let’s get busy with forest cultivation!

To stake off the rainforest as a no-man’s land does not solve the problem at hand, nor does it acknowledge the rich history of not just people but civilizations thriving in a seemingly inhospitable jungle, while keeping the delicate balance needed to sustain the ecosystem.

Here's an aerial view of our nearly one-hectare (2.5-acres), Regenerative, Cacao Agroforestry orchards! This is one week after Mario cut Brachiaria grass, then chopped and dropped our successional biomass crop of Mexican Sunflower and Sunhemp. The brown you see is decaying biomass. It represents stable carbon that'll nourish the soil, suppress grass regrowth, and properly prepare the ground to support our emergent food forest! The privilege of cultivating abundance is an honor!

At last night’s amazing Pura Vida Chocolate 🍫 themed dinner 🍽 masterfully crafted by Forage Sisters and holly & flora, I offered my interpretation of a hot, spiced “traditional” drinking chocolate ☕️ Bebida de los Dioses.
