Well, it’s that time of year again, we haven’t posted anything for a couple years, but we will be selling our excess as we harvest our crops.
This is what I have been doing the last couple of days.
Swiss chard. Washed cut blanched and bottled. And green onion tops, washed cut and freeze dried. They are great in anything potatoes, eggs, soups, salads.
