Also keep in mind we offer Flood Guard to the substrate, very little unnecessary cost upfront, but could save thousands later. This customer didn't have the floor tile replaced but wanted added protection from future leaks. So we sealed it up, and no more worries of sheetrock holding moisture behind your baseboards. We generally install it before floor tile to get 100% bond to the substrate, but this is still an upgrade. After installing with base boards, you would have never knew I was back there, but if a leak occurred you would definitely be able to tell from the lack of wicking up the wall.

This job was so much fun, tore all existing tile, tube, vanity, and even a stub wall down.
Re-painted, inspected, prepped, framed, and completely waterproofed the new shower. Then we got to laying these beautiful tiles, attached this modern floating vanity, which brings out the accent wall beautifully.

This product saves on the annoying plastic "Visqueen" underlayment, or even the extra thickness, and cost that padding brings. At Twisted Tile Design & Installation we use Happy Feet, a roll on application with 100% moisture control. Keeps concrete moisture away from, and under your finished flooring. So completely sealing, and protecting that hard earned money!! Annnd staying compatible with every flooring product warranty. LVP, LVT, Laminate, SBC, WBC, ETC.
