Had a little bit of everything on this one and got it all knocked out with help from TH Creative Landscape Concepts LLC

-new deck with Trex Cinnamon Cove and Trex select railing accompanied with Chamclad Post wraps and privacy lattice underneath to tie it all together
-new covered roof finished out with tongue and groove bead board
-new stamped concrete walk way
-new retaining wall
-new drainage system all the way around the house with downspouts tied in
-new landscaping all around
-tree removal/ trimming
-fresh grading throughout

Finally getting around to posting this before and after.
Couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! 🔥

The customer was tired of having their laundry room in the kitchen, so we turned an existing closet upstairs into a master/laundry room! While we were in the kitchen, we opened up the space. Put a new island in, new backsplash, new countertops, new floor and fresh paint all the way around! Also remodeled their other bathroom while we were at it! They really love the vintage feel of their house, so the goal was to remodel but keep that same feeling throughout. I think it’s safe to say we nailed it! ⚒️
