Today on: What Are We Getting Ourselves Into? — Temples Lawn Service Edition

Mowed the normal yards .
Cleaned up a large tree
Mowed the overgrown yards somewhere under there WAS a lawn
Pulled w**ds approximately 47 of them.
Straightened landscape blocks that needed some help.
Planted some flowers finally, something pretty!
✔️ Laid roughly 102 tons of rock and moved some pretty big decorative rocks lets face it the equipment did that work and maybe a couple guys! 😝🤗

Mow it. W**d it. Straighten it. Plant it. Rock it and chopped it!

It’s ground hog day but it’s at least sunny! Off to shower off half the yard, find grass in places grass should NEVER be, and get ready to do it all again tomorrow.

Our Gus is so glad to have sunshine for the last two days and that the grass is not so wet on his paws. 🐾☀️🕶️@

The before and after. The new owners wanted to go from shrubs to flowers. They of course will be fuller after a year or so as you need to allow for the full spread of plants. (Small gutter extension will need put in to get the gutter out of the bed). We removed the shrubs, cleaned up and exposed the existing brick edging planted flowers and shrubs and finished with mulch following the pink and purple pallet with a touch of white she wanted. We will be also adding some pansies and violas here in a couple weeks. We truly appreciate all our customers.

A few before and after photos of a job we finished today. Last fall we removed all the overgrown shrubs. She decided she was ready to revamp the beds. We removed w**ds (not shown in before photos), concrete edgers and installed black professional rubber edging. It is installed down in the ground versus the no dig. We also planted a variety of flowers and grasses they of course will grow in size and fill
In more. In the corner we planted a weeping snow fountain cherry tree. We topped it off with River rock, overlapping w**d barrier and seeded the dirt area in front of the edging. She wanted open and clean. We reused her boulders she loves. Michelle Hicks-Temples helped pick out flowers that works well in the full sun and soil type.

This crew made it through the first hot week of the summer with smiles! We are so proud of each and every one of them. Thank you for helping get the customers' yards in order for the holiday weekend. It's time for them to take a couple of much-needed rest days and enjoy their families! 🙏
