I picked up some of Phil Wright sourdough bread at the Paris Downtown Farmers Market yesterday. Today after church paired it with some rotisserie chicken, crispy, bacon, fresh mozzarella cheese, threw it under the broiler, crisp everything up and then topped it with the same toppings of fresh mozzarella and bacon, using a garlic butter sauce on the bread as well.
