If you're looking to create a strong weaning trap or grass trap to turn calves out in this is a great option. Bekaert 9-49-6 high tensile solidlock fence with a strand of barb wire on top to keep calves from rubbing top of fence and tied off tightly with gripples to make a clean finish. Using pipe instead of t posts will keep calves from pushing the fence over which is the most common reason woven wire fences fail. Using strong 4 1/2" pipe angle braces at the end will give a strong brace to tie to and hang gates on. This is a cheaper option than going all pipe or using continuous panels. Call for a free quote.

At 1 Moore Fence we install stout corners that last and won't pull. This is a 3 1/2" pipe post driven 4 1/2' deep with a 2 7/8" brace welded in-between the 2nd and 3rd wire. We also prefer to run Bekaert high tensile wire. This is 15 Guage 4 point wire with a nice tight end termination. This is a fence that will last and stay tight for years.
