There was an article about Fred Marshall Painting's 50th anniversary in the Park Record a couple weeks ago:

At age 20, Fred Marshall moved to Utah in the fall of 1972 with dreams of skiing. He joined the ski patrol at Park West (now part of Park City Mountain) in 1974.

We are greatly saddened by the passing of our friend, Joe Tacheny. He was a key part of Fred Marshall Painting for almost three decades.
