This project was a total refurbish that involved completely stripping the existing latex coating down to the bare wood. We finished off with our multi-step prep and cleaning process before applying the new Banyon Brown semi-solid waterborne stain and sealant.

We started this deck with a good old fashioned power wash. From there, we did a multi step cleaning/prep process and scrubbed it down with a brightening solution. After a final power wash and allowing it to dry, we wrapped it up with a full waterproof treatment, sealer and stain. This specific tint is a Sherwin-Williams semi-transparent Chestnut.

This deck got the full restoration treatment and we were able to bring it back to life. Pictures really don’t do it justice!
